Focused around the family, it is equipped with air conditioning, Wifi, a barbecue, a plancha, a Ping-pong table, swings, an in-ground swimming pool measuring 7 m by 3.5 m with counter-current swimming, a table football, a small football field.

Netflix TV, Amazon Prime, a Play Station 5, a virtual reality headset, etc.

Housing
This is our main house, there are all the modern comforts to be comfortable, relax, so that the children can have fun while the parents enjoy. We rent it in our absence, it will not be shared with other tenants, the swimming pool is private, the garden is fenced.
We have two cats on site that come in and out through a trapdoor.
An uncashed deposit check will be requested upon handing over the keys.

Other remarks
The House will only be rented to a family, not shared, as well as the swimming pool and the private garden, a deposit not collected will be requested. No parties for respect for the neighborhood.
